At Pro Logo Studios, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The project has not been started
  • Initial concepts have not been delivered
  • There is a failure to deliver the agreed service

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has already been delivered
  • The client approves the final design
  • The project is delayed due to client inactivity or lack of communication
  • Revisions have already been provided as per package

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work completed. Administrative or processing fees may be deducted.

4. Revision Instead of Refund

We encourage clients to request revisions first. Our team will work to resolve any issues before processing a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Permanent restriction from future services

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
